The main objective of the CORE system is to make sure that your every action in life is aligned with your high-level aspirations like core purpose, values, and objectives. It is to make sure there’ll be no inner conflicts in your life, by making sure your body-heart-mind will be in alignment unlocking the next-level focus and clarity in life.

Core Elements

This module makes sure that there’s heart-brain coherence by strengthening the core elements (purpose, principles, priorities & values, identity, and habits) that govern your behavior as a human.

These 5 elements are strategically included in the right order to facilitate growth feedback loops. They govern your state of being. They are innate to you as a “human being”. All human beings operate by them. But they may not be conscious of them.

My learnings from years of research about identity, habits, principles, purpose, values, and heart-brain coherence are all systematized. You have no option, but to implement!

Every living being is equipped with a goal-striving mechanism that is put forward by the Creator to help achieve its goals. It’s an in-built servo-mechanism that’s meant to automatically steer us towards the set goals. 

By setting SMART goals and milestones, you can be better informed your day-to-day actions. 

Our system is designed with fractal principles of OKR to ensure maximum alignment and resilience.

In the information age, it’s not the quantity of information you know matters (computers are too good at it 🤖).

Our system ensures that your day-to-day activities are aligned with your higher-level objectives. In our system, we manage everything from low-level tasks to goals and guiding principles, so your daily actions are aligned with your life’s purpose.

I’m a big believer that you need to take the right action at the right time in the right way.

Also, our system gives you the ability to periodically review and update your goals, projects, and objectives. As you do so, you will be constantly reminded of what is most important to you and why.

Always design systems that embrace human-centeredness and all-inclusiveness.

The CORE system (upon which CoreOS is built) is designed to be platform-agnostic. Whatever workspace management apps you use, you can use the CORE system with them. I can easily see Obsidian, Anytype, Tana, Mem.ai, and users adopting the CORE framework. A human-centered and inclusive approach is at the heart of CORE.

SCALABLE

Use First-principles reasoning to design systems that are infinitely scalable.

Our first principles reasoning dictates the system’s design, so as a power user, you can be assured that it offers solid foundations to build on.

In platforms like Notion, you can organize and customize things endlessly. There are often people who create databases for small, insignificant things and spend more than 5 hours every day managing the system.

Many system builders forget that Notion is an “App-development” platform. Their product ships with many rough edges and is based on the fallacy that users will figure it out themselves!

Minimalistic

Maximize signal-to-noise ratio by not over-engineering the system

There is no point in creating separate databases or dashboards for everything. It leads to diminishing returns (please heed the bell curve).

It is best to use a foundational system first, and then slowly evolve it over time, using first principles reasoning. Otherwise, you’ll invite chaos or spend a lot of time managing the system.

By harnessing non-verbal communication, we have a design system that lets colors, icons, placement of objects, and context speak for themselves.

We’ve set creative constraints to facilitate “flow”. As a creative professional, you can only interact with the system in a finite number of ways.
